Derinlemesine İncele

Kural

  2. Have ya da has + üçüncü hâl

Yapı: have ya da has + fiilin üçüncü hâli (past participle). I, you, we, they ile have (I've), he, she, it ile has (she's) gelir: I have visited Rome twice, She has written three reports. Düzenli fiillerde üçüncü hâl -ed ile biter; düzensizleri ezberlemek gerekir: see → seen, write → written, drink → drunk.

  3. Hayat tecrübesi

    Üç temel kullanım vardır.

    (1) Hayat tecrübesi: bugüne kadar yaşanmış ya da yaşanmamış şeyler, ne zaman olduğu söylenmeden: Have you ever tried Korean food? She has never flown.

  4. Sonucu şu an görülen olay

    (2) Sonucu şu an görülen olay: I have lost my keys, so I can't get in. Anahtarlar şu an kayıp olduğu için önemli olan sonuçtur.

  5. Bitmemiş zaman ve eşlikçiler

    (3) Henüz bitmemiş bir zaman dilimi: today, this week, this year gibi ifadelerle: I have drunk three cups of tea today. Bu zamanın doğal eşlikçileri şunlardır: already (beklenenden önce, olumlu cümlede), yet (şimdiye kadar, soru ve olumsuzun sonunda), just (az önce), ever ve never (tecrübe sorularında).

How to read this B1 topic

At B1, grammar links ideas: condition, result, reported meaning, experience, and narrative order.

1. Name the relationship

Ask whether the sentence gives a condition, contrast, cause, report, or result.

If it rains, we will stay home.

2. Separate time from aspect

Finished event, visible result, duration, and background action use different forms.

I had left before she arrived.

3. Test both clauses

In complex sentences, the second half often proves the first half.

I wish I knew.

Perfect aspect

Perfect forms connect one time to another: earlier to now, earlier to a past point, or duration up to a point.

FormPatternCore useExample
present perfecthave / has + past participlepast result or experience nowI have finished.
present perfect continuoushave / has been + -ingduration up to nowShe has been studying.
past perfecthad + past participleearlier than another past eventThey had left before noon.
past perfect continuoushad been + -ingduration before a past pointI had been waiting.

Contrasts that often decide the answer

Event or background

Simple forms move events forward; continuous forms show an action in progress.

I left while she was talking.

Fact or stance

Modals, hedges, and reporting structures show how certain or responsible the speaker sounds.

This may indicate a problem.

Clause or compressed phrase

Advanced writing often compresses full clauses into participle, noun, or prepositional phrases.

İstisnalar

Go fiilinin iki ayrı üçüncü hâli vardır ve anlamları farklıdır. Been gidip geri dönüldüğünü söyler: She has been to Paris, yani Paris'e gitti ve şimdi evde. Gone ise kişinin hâlâ orada ya da yolda olduğunu söyler: She has gone to Paris, yani şu an burada değil. Bitmiş bir zamanı gösteren kelimeler (yesterday, last week, in 2019, two days ago) present perfect ile kullanılamaz; bu kelimeler cümleye girdiği anda past simple gerekir: I saw him yesterday.

Sık yapılan hatalar

  • Bitmiş bir zamanla present perfect kullanmak

    Hata

    I have arrived yesterday.

    Doğru

    I arrived yesterday.

Türkçede her ikisi de “geldim” olduğu için bu hata Türkçe konuşanlarda çok sık görülür; yesterday gördüğün anda past simple'a geç.

  • Been ile gone'u karıştırmak

    Hata

She has been to the bank.

    Doğru

She has gone to the bank.

Maria hâlâ bankadaysa gone gerekir; been gidip döndüğünü anlatır.

  • Yet'i olumlu cümlede kullanmak

    Hata

    I have yet finished.

    Doğru

    I have already finished.

Yet soru ve olumsuzda, already olumluda kullanılır.
